The most delicious deserts always travel us back in time and they always bring back the sweetest memories! These are the flavors that were conceived in grandma’s kitchen and evolved over the years in mom’s kitchen! A mother always looks for the best recipes, the best ingredients for her children, she experiments until she finds the right balances & the most nutritious ingredients!
Mama Argyro, loved creating tradition & taste with passion and meraki for her children and that was actually the beginning of her success story!
One day, she and her son realized that flavors travel and that is exactly what they should do! Flavors are a link to tradition, they are shared memories & they are to be shared!
With this philosophy in mind, in 2012 mother & son decided together that mom’s flavors (mama Argyro’s), should be found in every store / patisserie / cafe that shares & embraces the philosophy of tradition & homemade dessert!
And so it happened! The rest of the story unfolded quickly with a new workshop in 2018 and the transfer of mom’s workshop to an Industrial Zone in Heraklion Crete in 2021, where she and 15 other people always accurately reproduce mom’s original flavors and send them out there for everyone to taste!
